About the Company: Leap India commenced its journey in 2018, driven by the vision of modernizing the nation's agricultural infrastructure to overcome India's food storage and logistics limitations. Job Purpose: The Travel Desk Administration Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all travel-related activities for employees of Leap India, ensuring a seamless and efficient travel experience. This includes booking flights, accommodation, transport, and handling travel queries, along with supporting travel policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Arrangements Management:
    • Coordinate and arrange domestic and international travel for employees, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
    • Ensure travel bookings align with company policies and travel budgets.
    • Negotiate rates with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective travel solutions.

  • Vendor Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other travel-related service providers.
    • Monitor travel service quality and resolve any issues or complaints.


  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare and maintain travel records, including itineraries, receipts, and invoices.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of travel-related expenses for reimbursement.
    • Maintain records for corporate travel policies and budget tracking.

  • Employee Support:
    • Act as the first point of contact for all employee travel queries and concerns.
    • Provide support for last-minute travel changes or cancellations.
    • Assist employees with travel-related issues such as visa requirements and documentation.

  • Travel Policy Adherence:
    • Ensure employees are aware of and comply with company travel policies.
    • Monitor travel compliance and flag any deviations for review.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth travel logistics for company events, conferences, and meetings.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in business administration, Hospitality, or related field.
    • Certification in travel and tourism management.
    • Familiarity with international travel protocols and visa processes.


  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Knowledge of corporate travel policies and budget management.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with travel management software and booking platforms.


  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in travel desk management or administrative roles, ideally in a corporate setting.
    • Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools.
    • Experience in handling corporate travel arrangements (domestic and international)
