Job Description
- Marketing of Fire Fighting contract services
- Manage and coordinate company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets
- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing marketing/sales plan.
- Take initiatives to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing functions and to facilitate integration with other departments such as Finance, Development, Corporate Affairs Office etc.
- Help to establish and maintain appropriate budgets for sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Develop companys marketing and communications materials.
- Send out details of projects to prospective buyers in your database.
- Provide guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and other related matters ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Determining clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Work actively on the scheduled appointments and show property to potential buyers.
- Review and provide input into sales documentation and agreements.
