BE/Diploma- Electronics Engineer

Experience

BE/ Diploma with 8-10 Years

Experience background/Industry

Machine shop Maintenance.
Crank shaft machining/Hard material machining/Gear machining/Precision component machining

Technical Skillset

Experience in handling Machine shop ( Grinding / turning/ Machining center m/c) Preferably in crank shaft / cam shaft/Gear machining / precision machining independently.

1. Having good experience in Grinding machine, Turning center, Machining center (HMC/VMC), Induction Hardening, Gantry Maintenance
2. Exposure in dealing with Fanuc, Siemens CNC/PLC control system for grinding, turning, milling, Machining center.
3. Expert in CNC & PLC maintenance, able to do the PLC & HMI programming
4.Understanding of CNC parameter and will be update in the system
5.Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR and OEE and implement the same.
6.Familiar with Capturing Predictive data for various critical machines.
7.Good vendor network for repairing PLC/CNC card, drive, PCBs
8. Familiar with Gantry maintenance.
9. Experience about Induction hardening, heat treatment process
10. Electrical drawing need to understand and configuration of two software/hardware
11. Good knowledge of Scale, encoder, Drives, Spindle drive, power supply drives etc.
12. Ready to do by hand work.

Technical Skillset (Good to have)

1) ISO, IATF process
2) TPM implemental process
3) Familiar with ISO / TS 16949 standards.
