Key responsibilities
- Many contacts with other departments within dsm-firmenich (such as line manager, employee, HR colleagues) as well as with various external suppliers (such as moving company, tax provider, relocation agency, embassies).
- Key contact with the regions to support global mobility activities
- (Internal) customer relation with expatriates, including (top) executives of dsm-firmenich (officer and senior officer only)
- Technological challenges (re: product and process innovation)
- Process, development, and organization regarding International Assignments
- External developments regarding fiscal, legal and social security aspects world-wide
- Other relevant aspects: acquisitions, quality, environmental impact, complexity and risks, safety, and health
- Safety situation in dsm-firmenich countries.
- Health insurance situation in dsm-firmenich countries.
You bring
- Graduation or pos-graduation degree, preferably in HR.
- Knowledge of dsm-firmenich, its structures and work processes world-wide
- Knowledge of the international assignment process and all its aspects
- Knowledge of fiscal aspects regarding international assignments world-wide
- Knowledge of social security aspects regarding international assignments world-wide
- Knowledge of international remuneration systems
- Affinity with terms and conditions of employment and knowledge of existing and new regulations in that field.
- Affinity with complex HR and personnel issues. Affinity with line management
