Position Title: Lead Operations

Department: Operations

Working Days and Shift Timing:

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
• Shift 1: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
• Shift 2: 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Extremely detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Friendly, patient, and able to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
• A technical bent of mind with basic Zoom troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Graduate.
• Experience: 4-5 years in operations management.
• International Experience: Required.
• Preferred Background: Edtech experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Lead Operations resource, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of live

classes, resolving real-time issues, and managing team coordination. Key responsibilities include:

1. Live Class Management:

• Ensure all scheduled classes are launched on time.
• Monitor classes for teacher availability and take immediate action in case of teacher

absence.

• Step in and substitute as the teacher when required.
• Coordinate with the team to allocate substitute teachers promptly.

2. Technical Assistance:

• Provide real-time support to teachers on slack for technical issues.
• Troubleshoot with teacher for basic Zoom-related problems to ensure uninterrupted

sessions.

3. Student and Teacher Support:

• Review and address student feedback to enhance the learning experience.
• Respond to help-desk tickets and community questions raised by teachers.

4. Operational Excellence:

• Process and manage teacher substitutions efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of operational activities and escalate issues when

necessary.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions proactively.

5. Additional Responsibilities:

• Support in other operational tasks as assigned.
• Contribute to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
