Finance Lead - Expense Reporting

Job Description:

• Fully responsible for daily scheduling, allocation, and reporting
• Use the Expense Reporting System to import data, summarize it, and generate reports
• Review expense reports for policy compliance and address Medline Divisions inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
• Generate reports on Expense Reporting (ER) and other Finance areas
• Ensures expense reports comply with T&E SOPs, Compliance s Code of Conduct, and Medline policies while minimizing duplication
• Primary contact for the India team before they engage with the Northfield team Answer team questions and coordinate training with onshore when needed
• Assign projects to team members and ensure they are completed by the due date in accordance with the SLA
• Communicate transparently with stakeholders and internal teams Resolve concerns while following company policies and behavior standards
• Ensure employee goals are met and provide feedback
• Use best practices, propose improvements, work independently, and lead projects
• Administer quizzes and tests on company policy
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines for team members
• Monitor performance and report metrics like KPIs and accuracy
• Recognize and reward high performance
• Train and mentor junior team members, share knowledge
• Meet and improve KPI targets
• Review and update SOPs, flow charts, and dashboards
• Prioritize work and projects as required

• Educational Qualification: Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate degree/MBA

• Experience analyzing company needs, employee development and goal setting Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
• Work Experience: Minimum 6 to 7 years of relevant experience
