Open door and highly ethical work culture, with due accountability. Job Description: Fully responsible for daily scheduling, allocation, and reporting. Use the Expense Reporting System to import data, summarize it, and generate reports. Review expense reports for policy compliance and address Medline Divisions inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Generate reports on Expense Reporting (ER) and other Finance areas. Ensures expense reports comply with T&E SOPs, Compliance s Code of Conduct, and Medline policies while minimizing duplication. Primary contact for the India team before they engage with the Northfield team Answer team questions and coordinate training with onshore when needed. Assign projects to team members and ensure they are completed by the due date in accordance with the SLA. Communicate transparently with stakeholders and internal teams Resolve concerns while following company policies and behavior standards. Ensure employee goals are met and provide feedback. Use best practices, propose improvements, work independently, and lead projects. Administer quizzes and tests on company policy. Delegate tasks and set deadlines for team members. Monitor performance and report metrics like KPIs and accuracy. Recognize and reward high performance. Train and mentor junior team members, share knowledge. Meet and improve KPI targets. Review and update SOPs, flow charts, and dashboards. Prioritize work and projects as required. Experience analyzing company needs, employee development and goal setting Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments Work Experience: Minimum 6 to 7 years of relevant experience.
