Job Description
- Maintain the organization s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans
- Demonstrates ability to successfully execute the organizations specific Corporate IT Application goals
- Demonstrate Project Management skills throughout the project lifecycle including intake, initiation, planning, product selection, execution, monitoring control, and closure
- Provide project support to Corporate IT Applications Team
- Preparing and/or reviewing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
- Analyze and monitor project status and when necessary revise the scope, schedule, resources, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Strong customer service-oriented disposition that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to the global end user base
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills throughout interaction with all levels of the organization
- Drive continuous process improvement.
- Foster a collaborative team environment
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of IT processes and systems.
Education
- Bachelor s Degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
