Company is good but .few people run the show .and make decision Mong themselves resulting poor work culture.HR has least to do from their side.
The Managemnt don't give time new comer to settle .Not sure what they rush for Being CMM 5 must ensure Employee get time to settle and decisions are taken among few people.Thats how brand name gets ruined.They need to work on transparency.
