Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant OBIEE /OAS + Tableau
In this role, we are looking for a technical graduate who has prior experience as an OBIEE/OAS and Tableau developer

Responsibilities
Design, development, delivery, and maintenance of OBIEE
Should have strong experience on RPD development.
Responsible for full lifecycle knowledge and support of OBIEE including business analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support.
Maintain consistent Business Intelligence technical architecture along with standards, policies, procedures, measures and organizational enhancements
Collaborates with the Business to gather business requirements, design, develop and implement OBIEE reporting solutions
Installation and configuration of system environments
Development and migration of OBIEE Reports.
Crafting Dashboards by using Tableau visualization tools.
Crafting Interactive Tableau Dashboards by using Actions, Quick filters and Parameters.
Building different Visualizations using Bars, Lines and Pies, Maps, Scatter plots, Gantts, Bubbles Charts etc using Tableau.
Tableau performance, data extracts and usage data.
Analyzing business challenges translating them into solutions
Creation of data models, access structures, and reports
Working closely with other teams via Agile to create BI data models
Creating functional and technical design specifications
Managing code and design reviews and creating technical presentations
Manage the performance objectives and professional development of the support team, including initiation, monitoring, review and validation of individual training and development plans in line with organizational and business requirements.
Identify opportunities to stabilize, scale and simplify operations through continuous improvement activities.
Making sure the team delivers reports as per the requirements
Interacting with customers to analyze previous data and resolve critical metrics.
Supporting documentation and keeping existing documentation up-to- date.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors/Graduation/Equivalent: BE/B- Tech, MCA, MBA
Excellent Communication skill and effectively interact with business user
Ability to interact with business as well as technical teams
Ability to learn and respond quickly to the fast-changing business environment
Ability to multitask and excellent interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach

Preferred qualifications
Good knowledge of writing complex SQL
Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role.
In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem-solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude.
Ability to work in an agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement
Self-motivated and eager to learn
A team player and able to lead and initiate
