Credit Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Credit Manager with a strong background in vehicle financing and B2B credit assessment. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with expertise in credit risk analysis, risk management, and credit appraisal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement credit policies for vehicle financing.
• Conduct credit assessments for B2B financing transactions, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Analyze financial data to evaluate creditworthiness and risk levels of clients.
• Manage credit portfolios, monitor exposures, and mitigate potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Oversee credit approval processes and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Prepare detailed credit reports and recommend strategies for optimizing credit management.
• Continuously refine risk assessment models and frameworks to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Chartered Accountant with proven experience in credit management.
• Extensive experience in credit risk analysis, credit appraisal, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of vehicle financing and B2B financial transactions.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and risk assessment frameworks.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to credit and risk management.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 7-12 years of experience in a similar credit profile role.
• Proven track record in policy development and implementation.
