Strong technical and functional proficiency in Salesforce & ERP administrative tasks including, and not limited to: User, Profiles, roles, security, workflows, validation rules, triggers approvals, advanced formulas, custom objects, reports, and dashboards, Sales, Accounts & Finance operation workflow.
Proactively maintain, draft and prepare documentation (as required) to address system configuration, setup, user requirements and other system related items, in line with responsibilities outlined above.
Proactively troubleshoot technical issues, identifying patterns to support a broader resolution. Resolution should not be a point in time solution to address the issue, and should always be in consideration of Salesforce policies, procedures and future development work.
Role Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce or testing & Knowledge of ERP would be preferable.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201 or higher).
De monstrated experience and/or knowledge of Zoho Marketing Plus would be an advantage.
