PCB Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Exp in pcb design & layout of multilayer (6/8/10 layers) board design, HDI, blind & buried vias?
• PCB layout exp. for microprocessor(32bit)/Asic/SOC/FPGA based board design & interfaces?
• PCB Layout experience with high speed memory bus interfac e.g. NAND, eMMC, LPDDR3/LPDDR4 SDRAM, etc.?
• Exp. in from defining the pcb floor plan, pcb layer stack up, pcb footprint & symbol, routing, gerber generation?
• Exp. in implementation of high speed pcb design guidelines, rules, constraint, DFA &DFM feedbacks, emi-emc specific reqt^m?
• Ability to resolve the DRC errors and EQ specific queries from pcb manufacturer?
• Knowledge on SI/PI, pre & post analysis ?
• Simulation experience in SI & PI tools such as Hyperlynx SI & PI, Ansys SI Wave?
• Good hands on experience in using of EDA tool e.g. Mentor expedition suit (Pads logic, Pads layout) ?
• working experience with cross functional team e.g. CAD team for system integration & visualization in 2D/3D
