PCB Design and Layout Engineer

Leo Circuit Boards Pvt Ltd. is looking for PCB Design and Layout Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Schematic Analysis:Review and analyze schematic diagrams to understand the electrical requirements and constraints.

Collaborate with electrical engineers to ensure accurate representation of the circuit on the PCB.

PCB Design:Utilize PCB design software (such as Altium, Eagle, KiCad, etc) to create the physical layout of the circuit board.

Place components on the board, considering factors like signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal management.

Optimize component placement for efficient routing and adherence to design rules.

Signal Integrity and Power Distribution:Implement best practices for signal integrity, power distribution, and impedance matching.

Conduct simulations and analyses to ensure the reliability and performance of the PCB.

Routing:Create and optimize PCB routing to meet electrical and mechanical requirements.

Consider EMI/EMC (Electromagnetic Interference/Electromagnetic Compatibility) standards during the routing process.

Collaboration:Work closely with electrical engineers, hardware engineers, and other stakeholders to address design challenges and ensure successful PCB integration into the overall system.

Documentation:Generate comprehensive design documentation, including assembly drawings, fabrication files, and bill of materials (BOM).

Prototyping and Testing:Collaborate with the prototyping team to build and test PCB prototypes.

Identify and resolve issues during the prototyping phase.

Manufacturability:Optimize designs for manufacturability, considering cost-effective production processes and materials.

Liaise with manufacturers to ensure smooth production and assembly of PCBs.

Quality Assurance:Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Address and rectify any issues identified during the review process.
