Job Description
1. Responsible for creation of designs for Printed Circuit Boards for Samudra products.
2. Hands on experience with Altium/ Protel or Orcad /CAM350 & other design tools on PCB Design Tool Expertise in designing Single layer/multilayer PCBs, Complete PCB design including Schematic diagrams, layout, routing, and Gerber generation.
3. Build and management of symbols and footprints as well as schematic/PCB templates
4. Creation of fabrication and assembly drawings for PCB fabrication.
5. Collaboration with mechanical and hardware engineering teams to define electromechanical requirements.
6. Interface with board fabrication vendor to select proper materials.
7. Work with project team in understanding circuit requirement and limitations to provide PCB board design. Lay outing complex multilayer printed circuit boards containing analogue, digital, RF, and power components. Good knowledge in PCB layout design technics to suppress electronic noise.
8. Sound knowledge of Signal Integrity issues and related problem solving skills in Analog designs. Exposure to all relevant IPC standards MIL Standard design practices.
9. Practical experience in resolving EMI/ EMC issues and familiarity with relevant international standards.
10. Good knowledge of electronic processes and technologies for electronic manufacturing.
12. Engaging with in house or third party lab for the product qualification as per test standards. 1. Must be Proactive.
2. Good analytical skills and ability to take decisions.
3. Dedication and Integrity.
4. Willingness to undertake new responsibilities.
5. Good with multitasking.
6. Enthusiastic and a team player.
7. Must have a two wheeler.
8. Should have excellant communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi) BE/Diploma - ET&T/ Instrumentation 1 Pune Minimum 2/3 years. Open
