Job Description
1. Understanding Technical Product Requirement from Customer.
2. Design & Develop Electronic LED Driver for Domestic & Global Market.
3. Topology selection, Schematic understanding & Finalization.
4. Fair designing understanding of power electronics.
5. Component selection & finalization.
6. Simulation software hands on experience
7. Magnetics knowledge for designing Transformer & Coils as per requirement.
8. Testing, Troubleshooting & Report preparation.
9. Understanding of Equipments & its operation required for LED driver testing.
10. People management to handle a project.
11. Independent handling of any development project.
12. Understanding of Equipments & its operation required for LED driver testing 1. Must be Proactive.
2. Good analytical skills and ability to take decisions.
3. Basic knowledge of Electronic principles including analog & Digital circuits.
4. Basic understanding of power electronics &various SMPS Topologies
5. Knowledge of Local & International product Standard(e.g IEC,BIS,IS)
6. Ability to solve problems logically.
7. Should work independently with minimal support.
8. Good interpersonal and communication skill,
9. Knowledge of ISO/EMS.
10. Knowledge of MS 0ffice.
11. Basic Knowledge of Orcad or similar ECAD Software for Schematic drawing, PCB layout reading.

15. Good with multitasking.
16. Enthusiastic and a team player.
17. Must have a two wheeler.
18. Should have excellant communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi) BE Electronics 2 Pune > 6 years in Lighting Industry. Open
