Job Description
1 Stores Incharge STR001B 1. As Stores In Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the inventory and storeroom.
2. Responsible for the receipt, inspection, storage, maintenance, inventorying and issue of items from stores.
3. Ensuring proper receipt, inspection and storage of inventory items.
4. Maintaining accurate records, including inventory counts, stock levels and order status.
5. Establishing and monitoring storeroom policies and procedures.
6. Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of items to internal customers.
7. Working closely with purchase team and ensuring minimum stocks are maintained.
8. Ensuring the storeroom is clean and organized.
9. Monitoring and evaluating storeroom performance.
10. Handle audits - ISO, bank auditors, etc.
11. Good knowledge of MS Office Tools such Word, Excel and Powerpoint
12. Willingness to travel as per project/job requirement.
13. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 will be preferred.
14. Developing and implementing programs to reduce costs and improve efficiency. 1. Must be Proactive.
2. Good analytical skills and ability to take decisions.
3. Dedication and Integrity.
4. Willingness to undertake new responsibilities.
5. Good with multitasking.
6. Enthusiastic and a team player.
7. Must have a two wheeler.
8. Should have excellant communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi) Graudate in any field 1 Baramati Minimum 4 years with atleast two years experience of handling stores Open
