• Troubleshooting/Diagnostics skills /Root Cause Analysis
• Must have manufacturing process knowledge for Smartphone/ Tablet / Feature phones/Electronics Parts.
• Good knowledge of networking protocols, 2G/3G/4G technologies.
• Good knowledge of Android platforms, ADB.
• Well versed with emerging features in Mobile market.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Follows company safety and health guidelines.
