Rpa Developer

We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with experience in IBM RPA. The candidate should have a strong background in developing and implementing IBM RPA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using IBM RPA.
• Serve as a solution architect to design and implement scalable RPA solutions that align with business objectives.
• Continuously explore and evaluate new RPA platforms and tools to enhance the organizations automation capabilities.
• Proficient in integrating IBM RPA with SAP systems, IBM Datacap, APIs, and web-based applications to enable seamless automation and enhance process efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements along with Business Analyst and ensure proper documentation of processes.
• Create and maintain documentation related to RPA solutions, including process design documents, solution design documents, and involve in test plans.
• Mentor and guide the internal RPA team, monitor their performance, and provide support to ensure successful outcomes.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Manage client expectations by communicating project progress/ status, addressing concerns/ escalation, and ensuring satisfactory customers with RPA solutions.
• Contribute to the maintenance of RPA governance and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in developing RPA solutions using IBM RPA.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in IBM RPA development.
• Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with exploring and evaluating new RPA platforms and tools is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, .NET, or Java is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
