Mandatory Skills

• Design, code, and test automation workflows using UiPath.
• Verifying and leveraging UiPath components such as Robots, Studio, and Orchestrator.
• Strong technical expertise in UiPath and its end-to-end offerings.
• 3-5 years of experience in the IT industry with a background in code development.
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (mandatory).

Job Summary

As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative automation solutions using UiPath. You will work closely with clients to deploy robust workflows, optimize automation processes, and deliver impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and test automation workflows using UiPath.
• Leverage UiPath components like Robots, Studio, and Orchestrator effectively.
• Provide solution designs during POCs and project implementation phases.
• Modify and optimize robot code as needed during deployment.
• Develop workflows and custom activities using VB.Net or C#.
• Manage overall testing cycles for automation solutions.
• Conduct technical training, demos, and support for new and existing clients.

Required Skillset

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent degree.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing and implementing automation workflows in UiPath.
• 3-5 years of IT experience with a strong background in code development.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in UiPath with hands-on experience in RE-framework.
• Basic programming/scripting knowledge in VBA, VB, Java, C#, or Python (preferred).
• Knowledge of cognitive automation, OCR tools, and AI/ML technologies (a plus).
• Familiarity with Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center, or Action Center (a plus).
• Experience with Mainframe, SAP, or Citrix Automation (a plus).
• Exposure to other RPA tools (a plus).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (mandatory).
