Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Mumbai (Dadar & Kurla) > Candidate should be comfortable with both the location Position Type: Full-time

Experience Range : 1.5 to 3 years

Requirements:

1. Onsite Engineers - Attending & troubleshooting of issues reported by users, for hardware / software / operating system.

2. Onsite Engineers - Installation of hardware / software as per user request

3. Onsite Engineers - Log service / hardware case with OEM (for peripherals under warranty) or with AMC vendor (for peripherals under AMC), AMC provider - Replace / repair faulty hardware. 4. Installation, updating & troubleshooting of email client, under the support of Email Administrator.

5. Level 1 Onsite Support for Security related products deployed on Endpoints, such as Antivirus / EndPoint Detection & Response (EDR)/ Patch Management / Application Whitelisting / Data Leakage Protection (DLP).

6. Antivirus definition / version updating.

7. Patches installation / troubleshooting 8. DLP / Application Whitelisting agent installation / troubleshooting
