- Managing new application client deployments and updates for existing applications on Intune EMM Platform.
- Troubleshooting device enrollment, application login, VPN connectivity issues escalated from L1 Team.
- Data extraction and reconciliation for repeated tasks.
- Participation in change management to deploy updates in Production.
- Troubleshooting Intune Policies and application related issues.
