Requirements:

1. Providing L1 Technical Support for issues reported through Helpdesk tickets, calls and chat for Microsoft Intune EMM application deployed at HDFC Bank to manage Android & iOS devices.
2. Managing helpdesk tickets within SLA and addressing user escalations.
3. Data extraction and reconciliation for repeated tasks.
4. Participation in change management to deploy updates in Production.
5. Troubleshooting Intune Policies and application related issues.
6. Managing user access management workflow.
