Role Overview:

We are looking for a strong generalist designer with a keen eye for detail & an aptitude for conceptualising, producing and delivering design assets to support a range of marketing, commercial & brand needs. You will join our growing marketing team and be at the core of our creative brand process.

You will be responsible for creating compelling assets across multiple digital & print channels, including social media, email campaigns, website, and advertising. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to produce high-impact designs that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling multimedia design assets to support commercial and brand objectives
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, shaping briefs where they exist, and interpreting needs where they do not
• Bring our brand to life, acting as a brand guardian while also contributing to our ongoing creative evolution
• Execute creative ideas and concepts in partnership with a wider marketing team
• Balance multiple projects to meet deadlines, working with multiple stakeholders with consideration of differing priorities
• Improve consistency of assets, translating brand strategy to completed design coherently and consistently
• Stay current on industry trends, particularly in the digital and social space
• Help shape the future direction of our creative team & contribute to shaping the culture of the marketing team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Experience with animation and video production is a plus.
• Ability to translate design needs into visual assets across multiple channel types
• A passion for design and a desire to transmit this to others in the business
• Keen interest in digital advertising trends with particular expertise in designing effective assets for social media
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work in partnership with others
• A team player, able to build relationships cross-functionally as well as within marketing
• Open to feedback, receptive to adjusting course if necessary, while also able to defend your design decisions
• Good project management skills & systematic at filing work
• Creative thinker with a proactive, positive attitude and self-motivation.
• Culturally aware and with proven experience of designing impactful content for varied audiences, globally.
• Commercial understanding & consideration of how this may impact design work.
