Junior / Senior Facade Fabrication Design

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Design Development:

• Study the IFC Drawings product wise and structural calculations.
• Develop detailed fabrication drawings with technical accuracy and completeness as per the deadlines.
• Ensure designs adhere to project specifications and standards.
• Identify and report potential issues that could impact the production process.

Technical Coordination:

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to validate design details.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies or conflicts between different disciplines.
• Support cross-functional coordination for designs review and approval.
• Provide technical support and clarification to the production team.

Quality Assurance:

• Follow quality control measures during the design process.
• Participate in audits of design documents to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Team Support & Continuous Improvement:

• Participate in Daily Standup Meetings (DSM) to review progress, address issues, and align on daily goals.
• Actively contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects to enhance design processes and outcomes.

Team Lead Facade Fabrication Design

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Design Development:

• Study the IFC Drawings product wise and structural calculations.
• Ensure development and review of all fabrication drawings for technical and completeness, ensuring adherence to project specifications, standards and any area value engineering.
• Assess the feasibility of designs and highlight potential issues.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve drawing practicality and efficiency.
• Ensure the adheres to project timelines and milestones.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to cross-check and validate designdetails.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies or conflicts between different disciplines.
• Support cross-functional coordination among various departments to ensure design review andapproval.
• Offer technical support and clarification to the Production Team as needed.

Quality Assurance:

• Enforce quality control measures during the design review process to maintain high standards.
• Support in conducting audits of design documents to verify adherence to quality standards and recommend improvements.

Team Management & Continuous Improvement:

• Assist in establishing departmental objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Lead Daily Standup Meetings (DSM) with Designers to review progress, address issues, and align on daily goals.
• Provide mentorship and support to Designers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Encourage Designers to participate in continuous improvement project
