Job Description
Virtual Relationship manager
Location : Mumbai
Qualification : Any Graduate, PG: Any Postgraduate, Certification of NISM compulsory
Experience in Years : Min 1 Year of Relevant Experience
Scope and Responsibilities :
Roles Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
Provide exceptional customer service through timely and effective communication.
Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
Onboarding and Account Management:
Acquire digital clients for Demat accounts using provided leads
Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth account setup.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Assist clients with account maintenance and transactions.
Sales and Cross-Selling:
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities based on client needs.
Promote relevant financial products and services to clients.
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Digital Engagement:
Utilize digital tools and platforms to interact with clients effectively.
Leverage technology to enhance client experience and streamline processes.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Adhere to regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client interactions.
Expertise Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Proficiency in financial products and services.
Knowledge of the stock market and investment strategies.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in digital tools and CRM software.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Education Certification:
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
Certification in financial planning or wealth management (preferred).
Relevant experience in the financial services industry.
