Job Description
Team Lead - Virtual Relationship Management
Location : Mumbai
Qualification : Any Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience in Years : Min 2 Year of Relevant Experience
Scope and Responsibilities :
Roles Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Recruit, hire, and manage a team of VRMs.
Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members.
Set clear performance expectations and goals.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement the VRM teams strategic plan.
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Client Relationship Management:
Oversee the quality of client interactions and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Resolve escalated client issues and complaints.
Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Sales and Business Development:
Drive sales growth and revenue generation through the VRM team.
Achieve targets set by the organization
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Monitor risk exposures and implement mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address potential issues.
Expertise Skills:
Strong leadership and people management skills.
In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Strategic thinking and planning skills.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Education Certification:
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
MBA or advanced degree in business or finance (preferred).
Relevant experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on relationship management and sales.
Certification in financial planning or wealth management (preferred).
