About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sourcer to join our recruitment team. This role is perfect for individuals who are highly motivated, aggressive like a salesperson, and eager to succeed in the fast-paced world of talent acquisition.

What Youll Do:

• Source and identify top talent using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, etc.).
• Engage with potential candidates and assess their suitability for roles.
• Work closely with recruiters to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Think outside the box to find and attract hard-to-reach talent.
• Follow structured processes while also using creativity to overcome hiring challenges.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets, ensuring a fast turnaround in sourcing candidates.

What Were Looking For:

• No strict education requirements – a degree is not mandatory.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• A hustler mindset – motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
• Ability to handle rejection, think creatively, and work under pressure.
• Someone who enjoys competing and closing positions like a sales pro.
• Comfortable working in a night shift (US timings).
