Hiring For Material Management Specialist

In depth Knowledge of mechanical piping, valves and components
- Knowledge of industry standards and certificates (e.g., ANSI, ASME, ISO, API, TA-Luft, Fire-Safe, Anti-Static) related to valves and components
- Well trained and knowledgeable on Maintenance and Material Data creation, cleansing, classification, verification, validation, standardization, and enrichment activities for ERP / CMMS master data management (MDM) as per SAP PM / MM
- Create, update and maintain master data records for mechanical valves and components in the ERP system (SAP)
- Should be able to understand technical datasheet, drawing and name plate of valves which is required to create material code
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and validations
- Ensure that all master data complies with industry standards and organizational policies
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and production teams to gather and verify technical specifications and requirements
- Proper understanding of all technical attributes and process conditions of mechanical valves
- Laise with suppliers and vendors to obtain necessary data and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare the functional specifications and ensure delivery of objects as per the timelines. - Execute changes to SAP master data following business approvals
- Update, assist and / or write SOPs that are required to help the users to properly use the system
- Skilled in extracting and analyzing maintenance data from SAP
- Generate and analyze reports on master data metrics to identify trends and areas for improvements
- Act as a point of contact for data related inquiries and issues
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data management tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
