Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Governance

- Compliance Milestones: Meet all regulatory compliance milestones on time, with zero major non-compliance for financial reporting (Month end closing, Budgeting)

- Internal Audit Improvements: Implement internal audit recommendations within set timelines, achieving a reduction in audit findings year-over-year.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting for Month end closing, Budgeting, corporate reporting. Devise procedures, guidelines and governance metrics into financial accounting and reporting
