Marketing Operations Associate

Qualification & Experience :

Graduate. MBA in Marketing (preferred)

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Process payments Raise POs, liaise with Finance for payment processing

Vendor Management Build and leverage vendors to ensure quality standards at the best price

Budget Management – Update Marketing spends, and report budget on a monthly basis to ensure we are +/- 3% on Marketing budget

Lead Generation

Ensuring Marketing leads generated are updated in Salesforce daily

Reporting Lead stages and conversion monthly

Maintaining and reporting Marketing tracker

Printing and maintaining stock of Marketing collaterals and giveaways and ensuring timely dispatches as and when required by business

Planning and Coordinating events and exhibitions – for employees and customers

The candidate should be able to effectively communicate and work with cross functional teams. He/she is required to be a team player and an enthusiastic learner. Should be self-driven, proactive and focused on driving closures to tasks assigned.
