Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Identify & Evaluate Redevelopment Opportunities

  • Scout residential societies in Bandra, Khar, Santacruz for potential redevelopment projects.
  • Develop relationships with society members, managing committees, and legal consultants.
  • Assess property feasibility, legal clearances, and development potential.

Stakeholder Engagement & Deal Structuring

  • Pitch redevelopment proposals to societies and negotiate agreements.
  • Work closely with architects, legal teams, and consultants for project planning.
  • Drive MOUs, JDA negotiations, and project approvals with societies & authorities.

Networking & Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on DCPR 2034 regulations, MHADA, SRA, and MCGM approvals.
  • Build connections with key industry stakeholders brokers, consultants, legal experts, and society representatives.

Sales & Business Growth

  • Develop strategies to close deals efficiently and increase redevelopment acquisitions.
  • Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and real estate networking events.

Preferred candidate profile


  • 5+ years of experience in real estate business development, preferably in society redevelopment.
  • Strong network within the Bandra-Khar-Santacruz redevelopment ecosystem.
  • Understanding of redevelopment laws, DCPR rules, and FSI calculations.
  • Excellent negotiation & communication skills with society members and authorities.
  • Ability to independently drive redevelopment projects from scouting to agreement closure.
