Responsibilities: Executive Support: Act as the right hand to CEO, providing proactive assistance with calendar management, email correspondence, travel arrangements, and prioritizing tasks.
Communication Liaison: Screen and manage incoming communications, both internal and external, ensuring that critical matters are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Meeting Coordination: Arrange, prepare for, and participate in meetings with a focus on agenda creation, minutes, and action item follow-up.
Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather information to support strategic decision-making.
Project Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various projects and initiatives as directed by the Founder.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Special Projects: Take the lead on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as requested by the Founder.
This is an in-office only position in Hyderabad. Remote and hybrid working setup is unavailable.
