About the role
We are looking for a Brand Designer to join the Landeed team with a background in developing holistic and timeless brand design systems. This person must have a strong background in brand architecture, craft, and design thinking, with a proven track record of working on integrated efforts.
You must be comfortable working across many media touchpoints, creating rigorous design systems. Youre a conceptual thinker who can bring your ideas to life in new and inspiring ways. When you decide to make something, you see your vision from concept to launch.
What youll do - A strong strategic acumen for building timeless brands through brand architecture
- Creating brand systems, behaviors and design solutions with a high level of craft
- Developing original breakthrough design thinking for a variety of marketing touchpoints
- Work cross-functionally, balancing the needs of stakeholders and breaking down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideas
- Collaborate with creatives, researchers, product managers, product marketers and engineers to serve audience
- Design conceptual brand expressions that communicate brand intention and value
- You are familiar with Figma, Adobe etc
- At least 2 years of experience
- BS or MS in computer science, engineering, arts, design or other technical degrees
- You take pride in enabling the best work of others on the team. You think ahead to anticipate the needs of your teammates, and you give and get all the facts making it easy for others to make decisions
- Curious and constantly looking to learn with an ability to solve complex and nuanced problems
- Motivation and flexibility to adapt in an environment where things change quickly
- Passionately push for results, think and act quickly, operate long-term and in the best interest of our goals
- Comfort with ambiguity and resilient when facing rapid change
