Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹60,000 - ₹90,000 per month
Experience: 5-6 years in real estate architectural design & coordination

Job Description

The company is seeking a skilled architect with expertise in real estate development, land planning, and the ability to design projects compliant with local bylaws and regulations.

Core responsibilities:

• Managing architectural design from concept to completion, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Education
   
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• Master's degree preferred.
2. Experience
   
• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience in real estate development, residential projects, and construction.
3. Licensure
   
• Active board licensure required (Registered Architect).
4. Software Proficiency
   
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering is a plus.
5. Knowledge of Bylaws & Codes
   
• In-depth knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and municipal bylaws for Ghaziabad and Uttar Pradesh.
6. Project Management
   
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
7. Communication Skills
   
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client interactions, presentations, and coordination.
8. Problem-Solving & Negotiation Skills
   
• Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills for effective consultation with stakeholders.
