Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Architect with expertise in designing and managing multistory group housing projects utilising Mivan technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural foundation, practical knowledge of Mivan shuttering systems, and experience in planning and executing large-scale housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Planning:
   
• Develop architectural designs and layouts for multistory residential projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental considerations.
2. Mivan Technology Application:
   
• Integrate Mivan aluminum formwork systems into the design and construction phases.
• Coordinate with structural engineers to ensure seamless alignment with Mivan technology requirements.
3. Project Coordination:
   
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including civil engineers, contractors, and project managers.
• Review and approve construction drawings, material specifications, and on-site modifications.
4. Quality Assurance:
   
• Conduct site visits to oversee the implementation of architectural designs and Mivan systems.
• Ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards.
5. Innovation & Optimization:
   
• Suggest innovative solutions for efficient space utilization and cost optimization.
• Stay updated on advancements in Mivan technology and sustainable construction practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Experience:
• 2–5 years in multistory residential housing projects.
• Proven expertise in Mivan technology and shuttering systems.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, Adobe
• Strong project management and team collaboration abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of construction materials and practices.
