Job Description
Position: Legal Manager
Industry: Real Estate & Construction
Location: Ghaziabad
Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including sale deeds, lease deeds, agreements, and other property-related documents in Hindi and English.
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, particularly those governed by the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA).
- Liaising with GDA and other statutory bodies for approvals and legal matters.
- Providing legal advice on real estate and construction matters, including dispute resolution.
- Managing legal risks and ensuring all contracts and agreements align with legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: LLB or LLM
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in legal roles related to real estate and construction.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, GDA regulations, and related by-laws.
- Excellent drafting skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal tasks efficiently.
