Java Developer - Backend Architecture

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer in a permanent remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience with Java / J2EE technologies, Hibernate, and Spring Boot, and possess excellent communication skills.

This role requires a deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, experience with multi-threaded and networked applications, and proficiency in integrating third-party APIs.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proficiency in Java and J2EE technologies, including Hibernate and Spring Boot.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

- Strong experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.

- In-depth knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

- Proven ability to develop multi-threaded and networked applications.

- Experience with integrating various third-party APIs, such as Google Maps, Facebook, and others.

- Competence in using version control systems like GIT and Bitbucket.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using J2EE technologies, Hibernate, and Spring Boot.

- Implement and manage database operations with SQL or NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient and reliable data access.

- Apply Object-Oriented Programming principles to create scalable and maintainable code.

- Develop and optimize multi-threaded and networked applications to meet performance and reliability standards.

- Integrate and manage third-party APIs to enhance application functionality and user experience.

- Utilize version control systems, such as GIT and Bitbucket, for code management and collaboration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with additional technologies such as Node.js, MongoDB, Gulp, Webpack, Azure, AWS, and Docker.

- Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks will be considered a plus.

Education :

- BE/BTech / MCA only.
