Experience: 4-8 yrs in client success role, JIRA, Google Sheet and retool
The Client Success Service Specialist supports the Client Happiness Team to ensure clients are getting the best customer support.
The role focuses on keeping clients satisfied to reduce attrition and increase the profitability of the company's products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage client files (Placement, Retraction, Payment) to ensure they are accurately processed.
- Monitor dashboards and reports to check if clients are receiving the necessary communications and identify any issues.
- Maintain an updated list of active clients.
- Ensure client-specific reports are sent on time, and handle sensitive information securely (compliant with PCI standards).
- Help with client audits by retrieving communication records like emails or SMS.
- Process individual or bulk retractions for clients when needed.
- Update client configurations after their system implementation.
- Assist the Client Success Manager in preparing Business Reviews.
- Review and ensure the correct use of templates.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Jira.
- Ability to learn new systems (specifically Retain Retool).
- Strong written communication skills.
