Client Implementation Specialist (JiRA)

The Client Implementation Specialist plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process for new clients using the Retain platform. This role focuses on helping clients implement the product, ensuring a seamless experience, and addressing any issues that arise during the implementation phase.

You will work closely with the Senior Implementation Manager to deliver high-quality service to clients during the critical first stages of their journey with company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate client data files to ensure they meet Retain system requirements (correct formatting, data types, and acceptable value ranges).
- Document and communicate any discrepancies between the clients data and the system standards to help the client correct the files.
- Gradually release client accounts into the system after going live to ensure their email domain remains healthy.
- Execute Bulk Retractions as requested by clients or the business.
- Check and verify that all links in client email templates (e.g., Unsubscribe, Call to Action) are working properly. Keep a log of checks and document any issues found.
- Validate and maintain DNS (Domain Name System) settings for clients during and after the implementation process.
- Follow the Offboarding Client Checklist when clients stop using company products.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Jira.
- Ability to learn new technologies, especially the Retain Retool system.
- Strong written communication skills to document and communicate issues effectively.
