Job Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in the BFSI sector.

- The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of experience managing the recruitment process for IT roles, specifically within the BFSI domain.

- This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Sourcing Candidates: Leverage job portals, social media, and networking to attract qualified IT candidates for BFSI roles.

- Interview Coordination: Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers for technical assessments.

- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to define job requirements.

- Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

- Offer Management: Negotiate offers and manage compensation discussions.

- ATS Management: Maintain candidate data and recruitment workflows in ATS.

Requirements:

- Experience: 2-4 years in IT technical recruitment, preferably within BFSI.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies in the BFSI sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient with recruitment tools (Naukri, Monster, etc
