Job Title: Partner Sales Manager
Location: Bangalore or Noida
About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated Partner Sales Manager to drive growth through our channel and strategic partners.
- You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Global System Integrators, Resellers and Channel Partners to expand our market presence.
- This role requires a strong mix of sales acumen, business development expertise, and a deep understanding of what it takes to make a partner GTM successful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own sales quota for driving revenue objective with Global System Integrators and Channel Partners.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on partner performance, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements and incentives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
- Develop and execute partner enablement strategies, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support to effectively sell our solutions.
Daily Tasks:
- Plan and follow through on revenue objectives defined with assigned partners.
- Prospect, Engage and Qualify sales opportunities with partner's sales teams.
- Monitor partner activities, sales performance, and progress toward goals.
- Regularly meet with partner stakeholders and plan in-office QBRs.
- Work with LambdaTest technical teams to provide training and support to partners to ensure product knowledge and alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner-related queries and operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups with partners.
- Prepare and review sales reports and provide strategic recommendations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Partner-driven revenue growth and percentage contribution to overall sales.
- Partner engagement metrics (e., training completion, deal registration, marketing collaboration).
What We're Looking For:
- 8-12 years of experience in partner sales, channel management, or business development in SaaS.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of test automation, cloud platforms, and software development/testing tools.
(Preferred but not a show stopper).
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Attention to details and self-starter mindset for growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with global and regional partners across different geographies.
