LambdaTest - Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (5-7 yrs)

Role Summary:

The FP&A Manager will lead financial forecasting, planning, and analysis efforts to support our SaaS business's growth. You will collaborate with cross- functional teams, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to guide strategic initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS metrics, financial modeling, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Budgeting:

- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Develop detailed financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.

Performance Analysis:

- Monitor key SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, etc.) and analyse trends to provide actionable insights.

- Conduct variance analysis to compare performance with forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.

Data- Driven Insights:

- Create and maintain dashboards to provide real- time visibility into business performance.

- Deliver in- depth analysis to inform decision- making and optimize operational efficiency.

Cross- Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve SaaS unit economics and drive profitability.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, ideally within a SaaS or tech company.

- Expertise in SaaS metrics and financial modelling.

- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) and tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with attention to detail.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial data to non- financial stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
