Manager - Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement
Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in alignment with Lambda Therapeutic Research's business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations to enhance candidate pipelines.
HR Strategy and Compliance:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support Lambda Therapeutic Research's overall business strategy and growth objectives.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices that promote fairness, equity, and inclusivity in the workplace.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and employee relations issues.
Employee Engagement and Development:
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through effective communication, recognition programs, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Identify training and development needs across the organization and collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that enhance skills and competencies.
- Facilitate career development opportunities for employees through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning initiatives.
Requirement of Role :
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, performance management systems, HR compliance, and employee engagement practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proactive and strategic approach to HR management.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite; experience with HR software and ATS platforms preferred.
- Certification will add Advantage.
