Reports to - GM Ops (Head of Warehouse & Logistics)

Job Overview:

- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced DGM - Vendor Management to oversee the management of delivery partners.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong vendor management skills, operational expertise, and the ability to drive strategic partnerships to enhance delivery efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage relationships with third-party delivery partners to ensure high- quality service delivery.

- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against contractual obligations and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with delivery partners to secure favorable terms and conditions.

- Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement in delivery processes and service levels.

- Analyze delivery data and performance metrics to identify trends and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct regular reviews and audits of delivery partner operations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in vendor management and logistics to drive innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in vendor management or logistics operations, preferably within the e-commerce or commodities sectors.

- Strong understanding of third-party logistics and delivery partner management.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

- Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
