Role Overview:

Lead and scale the lending vertical, own P&L, drive strategic partnerships, and leverage technology for growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own P&L and drive growth & profitability.

- Build and expand ecosystem partnerships to scale lending.

- Develop innovative loan products and fee financing solutions.

- Collaborate with tech, credit, and compliance for seamless execution.

- Lead and mentor teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

- MBA (Tier 1/2) with 10+ years in P&L leadership, partnerships, or growth roles in fintech/NBFCs.

- Proven expertise in tech-led scaling, strategic partnerships, and financial innovation.
