Location: Remote
Duties:
- Answer and direct incoming calls, providing courteous and professional assistance in both English and Spanish.
- Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring prompt and polite communication.

- Follow pre-approved scripts and procedures to handle inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate call logs and provide summaries or reports as required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (Full professional proficiency).
- Experience in customer service, call centers, or as a telephone operator in a professional setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills patient, organized, and able to stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable managing high call volumes during peak periods.
- Strong internet connection and appropriate workspace for remote operations.
