Conduct telebehavioral health assessments and evaluations for patients of all ages, considering their individual needs and concerns.
Provide telepsychiatry services in areas including Adult Psychiatry, Addictions Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry.
Offer a range of therapeutic interventions, including Adult Therapy, Family, Couples, and Group Therapy, Child/Adolescent Therapy, and Trauma/PTSD Therapy.
Collaborate with the care team to create individualized treatment plans and goals for each patient, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
Conduct teletherapy sessions with patients, using effective communication and therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and growth.
Utilize evidence-based practices and stay up-to-date with the latest research in behavioral health to ensure the highest quality care.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and privacy laws.
Collaborate with other clinicians, medical professionals, and support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and codes of conduct while providing care to patients.
Qualifications:
Masters or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Psychiatry, or a related field.
Current licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, Psychiatrist).
Experience providing telehealth or virtual care is preferred, but not required.
Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients remotely.
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
Empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity to provide care to a diverse patient population.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.
