Tendering and Sales Coordination executive to prepare technical tenders, Bids, and Quotations, to prepare Technical Catalogue and flyers in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, update website content and follow Enquiries, Knowledge in WordPress is preferred. Prepare Quotations and Technical Specifications as per customer needs and follow for order closing.

Job Description; (Role Summary)

• Timely filing tenders on central and state government portals.
• Timely filing bids on GeM
• Prepare catalogue and flyers in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Word & Excel
• Update website time to time in WordPress
• Prepare Quotations and Technical Specifications as per customer needs and follow for an order closing
• Well acquainted with all procedures and experience in studying tenders and ensuring technical clearance for all filled tenders. Well acquainted with all procedures and experience in studying tenders and ensuring technical clearance for all filled tenders.
• Contact the clients for project/product Preliminary Technical discussion for Flow Meter, Liquid Analysers, Electronics field Instruments and Water Meter projects in
• Prepare Technical and Commercial quotations/offers/proposals
• To prepare order file upon project award and engage in post order activities till order close.
• Should be an effective team player for on-time project submission

Responsibilities:

1) Review project specifications and prepare preliminary guidelines & deviation/clarification sheet.

2) Perform sizing and using customer data and choose the right Flowmeter/Water meter for the application.

3) Co-ordinate with Industry support team as when required for special applications / prices and attend quote strategy meeting.

4) Prepare technical and commercial quotations with the help of senior engineer.

5) Participate in scheduled calls with Sales office and resolve project queries.

6) Support project revisions from Customer.

7) Support team members to ensure on-time project submission.

Knowledge and Skills:

1) Degree in INSTRUMENTATIONIT/CS/ECE/EEE /Mechanical/Instrumentation/Chemical/Electrical Engineer// BSc ( Electronics or Physics ) / Diploma ( EEE or Instrumentation ) OR ANY DEGREE

2) Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge in Word/Excel and MS office is Must
• Candidates with Knowledge in CANVA, FIGMA, WordPress, Photoshop, Illustration will be given preference
• Must have 2-wheeler and willing to travel anywhere in Tamil Nadu for short duration
• SALARY: - 1,50,000 to 3,00,0000/- per Annum
