Senior PowerPoint Designer

We re seeking an energetic design professional to join our team of Graphic and PowerPoint Designers. The role involves supporting an increasing demand of PowerPoint workstreams in a fast-paced culture, with opportunity to build out future improvements to our solutions and template offering.

Working in a global creative team, you will be surrounded by like-minded professionals, producing conceptual and practical output in a timely manner and to corporate standards. The Brand and Design team owns the expressive strategy for ION. We do this by creating, evolving, and maintaining the visual identity design system.

PowerPoint Designers play a pivotal part at ION, creating visual, eye-catching presentations used for executive presentations, sales enablement, marketing, events, and internal communications. Reporting to the Global Head of Presentation Graphics, the Presentation Designer assists with the design of high priority presentations, sales proposals, and fast-paced reactive workstreams that will have visibility across the business. This candidate will help client services, marketing, and sales teams to deepen client relationships and tell amazing stories through visually engaging presentations. To be successful in this role, you should excel at simplifying the complex and visualizing information.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, deadline management and the consistency, accuracy, and quality of your work. The successful candidate will have experience working within professional services. You will have the ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team, supporting and partnering with your wider team of 4 other PowerPoint professionals across 3 time zones.

• Crafting presentations for sales proposals, high-level client presentations, as well as remote and in-person events
• Designing and producing impactful visuals and presentations that help tell a story
• Interpreting information and re-imaging the content in a visual narrative
• Ability to work in a creative environment balancing both collaborative and self-guided skills
• Interpret and communicate marketing messages utilizing data, diagrams, charts, and infographics
• Design, create and share reusable templates leveraging PowerPoint masters that are user-friendly and speed up production
• Ensure projects meet technical requirements, objectives, and timelines while upholding ION corporate brand standards
